Prospect data may be sourced from third-party enrichment providers, publicly available information, or uploaded directly by you.

  • Message delivery and response data

e) Communications Data

If you contact us by phone or SMS:

All AI-generated outreach is reviewed by a human before sending. No automated decisions with legal or significant effects are made without human oversight.

5. Our Role as Data Processor

When you use the AI SDR platform, you are the data controller for prospect data you upload or that we collect on your behalf. StreamOps acts as adata processor, processing prospect data according to your instructions and campaign settings.

For managed concierge services, we may also act as a processor on your behalf. You remain responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact the prospects in your campaigns.

6. Call Recording & Transcription

Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and follow-up purposes. By contacting us by phone, you consent to this recording and transcription.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers (e.g. cloud, database)
  • Email delivery and LinkedIn automation providers
  • Prospect enrichment and signal data providers
  • Payment processors (e.g. Stripe)
  • Analytics and monitoring tools
  • Legal authorities if required by law

All vendors are required to meet appropriate security and data protection standards.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or the European Union. We apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.

9. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account closure.
  • Prospect data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You may delete individual prospects or request full data export at any time.
  • Campaign and analytics data is retained for reporting purposes and deleted within 90 days of account closure.
  • Website visitor data is retained only as long as necessary for analytics and then anonymised.

You may request deletion at any time.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct or delete your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent

If you are a prospect who has received outreach sent via our platform, you may contact us to request removal. We will process your request and notify the account holder.
