Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamOps services, including the AI SDR platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

StreamOps provides:

  • Website development and rebuilds
  • CRM and workflow automation
  • AI SDR platform (self-serve and managed concierge plans)
  • Prospect research, enrichment, and outreach campaigns
  • Voice, SMS, and analytics integrations

Services may evolve over time.

3. Platform Accounts & Subscriptions

If you create an AI SDR platform account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • Each organisation account is subject to plan-specific usage limits (leads, campaigns, email accounts) as described on our pricing page
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

Managed Concierge Plans

If you subscribe to a managed concierge plan (e.g. Founder Concierge), StreamOps will manage outreach campaigns on your behalf. You remain responsible for approving targeting criteria and reviewing outreach before it is sent.

4. Acceptable Use & Outreach Compliance

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the Services lawfully
  • Not misuse automation, messaging, or AI features
  • Not send unsolicited bulk email or spam
  • Not use the platform to harass, deceive, or defraud
  • Not upload purchased email lists without proper consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, and TCPA. StreamOps provides tools to facilitate compliance (e.g. unsubscribe links, opt-out handling) but does not guarantee legal compliance on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate anti-spam laws or generate excessive bounce rates or spam complaints.

5. Communications & Consent

By submitting your contact details, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry or services.

6. AI Limitations

AI-generated outputs (including prospect research, email copy, and reply classification):

  • Are advisory and not guaranteed to be correct
  • Require human review before action
  • Should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice
  • May occasionally contain inaccuracies or hallucinations

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is sent to prospects.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including:

  • Prospect lists and contact data
  • Campaign content and sequences
  • Reply and engagement data

You may export your data at any time. Upon account closure, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow retrieval, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, workflows, AI models, and materials are owned by StreamOps or its licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell without permission.

9. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared during projects or through the platform will be treated as confidential unless agreed otherwise.

10. Payments

  • Platform subscription fees are charged automatically via Stripe
  • Project fees will be agreed in writing
  • Invoices are payable according to agreed terms
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

11. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific business results
  • Lead volume, reply rates, or conversion rates
  • Revenue outcomes
  • Email deliverability or inbox placement

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational damage arising from outreach campaigns.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Services are misused (including spam or abuse)
  • Usage limits are consistently exceeded
  • Required by law

Upon termination, you may request data export within 30 days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
